Who should take this training?
The Cii BPM program can be taken by anyone who seriously wants to improve a process or organization. Certification requires a “BPM Project” that Documents and controls an existing process.
What is Business Process Management?
Business Process Management (BPM) is a known foundational discipline that stabilizes process performance and sets the stage for advanced process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISITES REQUIRED TO TAKE THE TRAINING?
There are no prerequisites to taking this training. Just your willingness to make a difference in your organization.
IS THERE A CERTIFICATION WITH THE TRAINING?
After attending the classes and completing and implementing a Business Process Management System (your project) you will receive a Cii BPM certification.
HOW LONG IS THE CERTIFICATION VALID FOR?
Cii certifications are renewed annually with validation of continued education or proof of application of the skill-set within the certification.
do i need a special program to view the training?
The Cii uses Google Classroom and recommends having a gmail address and the Chrome browser. Classroom does work with the other popular browsers, but some options are not available. Also, Have access to read and write Excel and PowerPoint documents.
Will the training be available for access after the live training?
Each class lecture is recorded and available for viewing, review and download.
