Our commitment to ensuring continuous improvement to the high school student experience goes beyond simply providing educational materials and support to collegiate and university courses to advance the student to the more advanced aspects of process improvement. We also work with administration to deploy the Six Sigma within the organization including training, projects, mentoring and certifications.

Collegiate & university training

The Cii can provide instructors, curriculum and instructional materials, that can lead to certifications of White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt. We currently partner with two local colleges providing complete courses for internal classes and community and business outreach.

Program services

We support the integration of Six Sigma into the fabric and management of organizations through numerous consulting functions. These include: course instruction, project leadership, project coaching and mentoring, leadership guidance.
